FIREWORK OS

Privacy Policy

Effective August 31, 2026

Overview

Firework OS is an operations platform for professional fireworks display companies. This policy explains the information Firework OS processes, why it is used, how it may be shared with service providers, and the choices available to users.

Information we process

Depending on the features a company enables and the information a user chooses to provide, Firework OS may process:

  • Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, tenant/company membership, role and access permissions.
  • Company and customer records: business contact information, client and venue contacts, show details, quotes, contracts, insurance records and operational notes.
  • Crew and workforce records: contact information, availability, training records, experience, qualifications, licenses or credential status, emergency-contact information and documents uploaded for authorized operational use.
  • Operational and compliance records: show assignments, inventory activity, bills of lading, load/return records, approvals, inspections, incident records, training history and other safety or compliance evidence.
  • Files and media: photos, receipts, credentials, resumes, site plans, contracts and other documents a user chooses to upload.
  • Location information: location data associated with features such as show evidence, field-status records or driver-trip workflows when those features are used and location permission is granted.
  • Device and app information: device identifiers, platform, app version, notification-permission state and push-notification tokens when the native mobile application is used.
  • Support and security information: communications with Firework OS, security events, audit records and technical information needed to keep the service reliable and secure.
  • \n
  • Billing information: subscription package, billing status, invoices and payment references. Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not stored by Firework OS.

How information is used

Firework OS uses information to provide and secure the service, maintain tenant isolation and permissions, run show and crew workflows, maintain operational and compliance records, deliver requested communications and notifications, provide customer support, investigate errors or abuse, and improve reliability and product functionality.

Camera, photos, files and location

Firework OS only uses camera, photo-library, file or location access when a user invokes a feature that needs it and the device provides the required permission. Those permissions can be changed through the device operating-system settings. Firework OS does not use background location tracking as part of the current mobile V1 scope.

Sharing and service providers

Firework OS may use infrastructure, communications and payment providers to operate the service, including cloud hosting, database, authentication, storage, deployment, email and recurring-billing providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Resend and Stripe where configured. These providers process information on behalf of Firework OS or the subscribing company to deliver the service.

Firework OS does not sell personal information and does not use personal information for third-party targeted advertising.

Tenant-controlled business data

Firework OS is a multi-tenant business platform. A subscribing fireworks company controls the business and workforce records in its tenant and determines which authorized users may access them. Users should contact their company administrator for questions about records maintained by that company in addition to contacting Firework OS.

Retention and account deletion

Firework OS retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and auditability, satisfy the subscribing company's operational requirements, and meet applicable legal, safety, transaction, fraud-prevention or regulatory obligations.

A user may request deletion of a Firework OS account from within the application or from the public account-deletion page. When a deletion request is processed, Firework OS will remove the account and personal information that it is not required to retain. Some operational, safety, compliance, security, transaction or regulatory records may need to be retained or de-identified instead of erased so that historical business and safety records remain accurate.

Security

Firework OS uses access controls, tenant-scoped authorization, authentication controls and other technical safeguards intended to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and users should protect their credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Children

Firework OS is a business operations service and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

Firework OS may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
